“They have tech tools to quick response to customer service but, I had a unprofessional impression because they send docs under a different person to the institution where I was applying for study. Also, I received an e-mail attached docs under other name. Looks unprofessional and disorganized by dealing with personal information. If it is happened, my docs could be sent to another one as well by mistake? Definitely needs to improve to avoid it. Thanks”

“They translate my documents because they were in Spanish in order to certify them. That was were quick and accurate. Then they sent me an email saying that my certification was ready and told me the papers were sent by mail. Unfortunately I didn’t received them right away and I had to keep emailing them and telling them I hadn’t received my certification. They told me they sent it again but after a few weeks I didn’t received them either. Finally I complained and asked for a refund and they said they were going to send my papers by FedEx and that I would have them the next day. They finally arrived. I would definitely recommend USCES because they did a great job and at the end I got my certification.”

“While USCES claims they do evaluation on case by case basis, mine was reduced from triple major to double. Too many credits were dropped completely with explanation that in the US you don’t have to have so many credits to get Master’s degree.”

“MY NAME IN THE DOCUMENTS ARE MISPELLED, I requested for the Correct Copy & payed $25.00. Its been 2 week since then but until now I dont received yet the correct documents. HOPE THEY MAIL SOON.... THANK YOU!”
