“I had to contact the company several times until the letter was finally at the institution. And then it was not even worth anything because your company is not accredited, so I have to find a new one.”

“The service started out good before I make a payment. After the evaluation was done, the university I applied to did not get the evaluation that was supposed to have been mailed. When I emailed the support email, did not hear back from anyone.”

“Your online tracking system showed inaccurate dates/year; your CS staff had no clue how to look for records; final products looked like printout; evaluator mixed up regions of my school. Yes you did your job but it was disappointing for what I paid for.”

“They are good and all ok . But so late to send the evaluation to my mail . And they sent it and i not receive it . And i called them and they sent it again. Please next time pay attention about your delivery mail . Thanks !”

“I've requested your services a couple of times. First time in 2018, to evaluate my bachelor's degree. Good service in general. The second experience was a couple of months ago (evaluation of my master's degree) and left me very disappointed: GPA was lower than my BD, which was mathematically impossible since my grades are higher than my BD. I tried to reason with the team since, beyond the specific value, I wanted an accurate equivalency. After a couple of rejections, they simply reflected the exact same GPA from my BD, and stop answering. This lack of professionalism makes me assure you I would never use this company again, neither recommend it.”

“This company needs a best training employees that know how to do a costumer service During my order I did it several calls and nobody answer And when they answer they have support communication with customers I need this people to work with your company”

“I got several e-mails with the confirmation number, but none of them was correct. So I had to call and people were telling me different numbers. So I had no number to check my status online.”

“Applied forn3 universities none of them accept the evaluation . I paid 300 something for translation and evaluation and I can’t use it . They call It in official and they don’t accept . It would be better you mention name of the universities that accepts and people will know if they do it with your company or not . Best Ara”
