“1. Use a thicker glossier paper with a border like a Certificate. 2.Accompany with a list of Oraganizations accepting your appraisals 3.Provide wet signed stamped validation 4.Provide Additional sheet - Notarozed by recognized Notary”

“For the money spent, I was expecting a better quality document, the paperworks I received via mail was printed on cheap paper. Print was in black and white, signature was electronically done.”

“I requested on several occasions that my evaluated copy be mailed to my school district and even proposed that my card be charged for the service on my last mail and up to date I haven't gotten any response. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that the reason for the evaluation was for the payroll so i could be placed on the salary scale. As it stands now, it is as good as i wasted money for this evaluation since my school district hasn't received it for they want it directly mailed to them in a sealed envelope from the accredited evaluation company. I am really disappointed.”

“The first draft had so many mistakes, that it took me more than 1 hour to get them all. Then the 2nd draft had some mistakes corrected, some not. Then it took days and several attempts to get those corrected. Then it didn't ship... so finally my deadline for Jan31 wasn't met.”

“I submitted study records for some post-graduate Studies I conducted. There was a mistake in the evaluation. After careful review I sent notice and asked to re-write the evaluation taking into account my remarks. I was totally ignored. The first evaluation was too good to be true. I did not notice at first because it was too urgent for me to check the details. But without the corrections the evaluation is useless. So. I lost my money.”

“Documents were not delivered on time. A lot of confusion. Charged for overseas delivery that was not complete and the end to get my documents I had to have them delivered at a US address and lost on payment of overseas delivery”

“My muddle name and last name was misspelled. I had to ask 3 times to correct it. Also, I have 2 separate degrees, they got combined into one. I'm very dissapointed about services”
