I got documents very late. I had to be pushing to get my documents on time. The ticket was closed 2 or 3 times but the work was not completed. At the end I received my electronic documents but I did not get them by mail as it was promised when the service was quoted.
Very unprofessional staff, you need to work on deliver what you are being commited on time.
