My contact, Chad from Nova is not a good communicator. The amount I requested was not approved and nobody communicated the change until the contract showed up in my email. They don’t tell you, if this is your second advance, they will payoff the first advance and add that to this advance and that leads to a lower approval amount. I won’t be using them again. The first loan went well and that’s why I gave 2 stars and not 1. I was very disappointed. The only bright point is that their rates are affordable.
