I wanted to make a complaint about my Representative Scott Weissman. Mr. Weitzman yelled at me. I was initially approved for $1000.00, via Ervin Lugo, communicated by voicemail. I switched attorneys, and Mr. Weismann told me I was not approved for 1,000 that it was denied,and sent the paperwork to my new attorney for $500.00, which was the incorrect amount. Mr. Weissman refused to make changes, and also refused to let me speak to a manager. Mr.Weissman stated that he was a Manager, and I could speak to no one else. I contacted customer service for his Manager Matthew Zmack,nevercalled me back. I accepted the $500.00 due to timing constraints, but I'm willing to accept the additional $500.00 if someone is willing to correct documentation, and send the new agreement to my attorney,so that you can fund the additional $500.00. I would also like a reprimand,and correction of Mr.Weissman,and I would also like a handwritten apology from Mr.Weissman for his rude, and unprofessional behavior,yelling and screaming at me,telling me what I cannot have or have been denied, when the approved amount was communicated to me by Mr. Lugo.
