From the experience I had with US Claims here are some suggestions. First, when US Claims ask for information from the attorney, it needs to be everything that would be needed. Every time I was updated underwriter asked for something else from my attorney. This slows down process waiting on attorney response. Second, when I client sends email asking questions or calls a supervisor and leaves a message for return call a reply to email or return a telephone call. The gentleman who was working with me was out. So I asked for supervisor, the supervisor that I talked to once didn't respond to my email not did that supervisor return my call even though I left two messages for that person to call me back. Third, a bank from where the money is coming from needs to be more a region bank to making easy to access the money. My bank holds wire transfer for 5 days. So I drove three n half hours away to cash the check. The problem is the bank the check was written on could only cash a sixth of the check. Then the bank issued a cashier check that my bank wanted to hold for seven days. So it has taken a total of 4 weeks to get the process done with US Claims which in my opinion is very long. Especially the stress someone is under dealing with lawsuit not being able to work, and loosing a lot of personal items. Just some suggestions. Thanks
