Very good service; it was easy to select the right replacement dome for my Hikvision cameras, but UseIP also e-mailed me to verify the exact model that the domes were for, to eliminate any chance of sending me the wrong ones. Once fitted the night vision is restored! The cameras were fine in daylight but at night only showed the refracted IR light due to the surface scratching and micro-cracks in the plastic. Once I had the old dome off it was interesting to compare - I have attached a photo showing the yellowing of the old dome. I have also attached before and after pictures through one of the cameras at night, to show what a difference the new dome has made.
