Best customer service for any cellular service I've used (vs. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon), willing to make it right if there is a miscommunication and I never have to wait more than a minute for service. Sometimes the layout of the site for adding features seems a little odd, but a quick chat with customer service and I'm ready to go in a minute or two.
