To say I love US Mobile is an understatement. From the moment I purchased my SIM cards, I was welcomed by an onboarding specialist who personally reached out to me via email. While every US Mobile plan offers incredible value for the price, what truly sets the company apart is its outstanding customer support. I have never been given the runaround or told I needed to be “transferred to another department.” Every representative I’ve interacted with has been patient, knowledgeable, and committed to resolving my questions and concerns the first time instead of making me reconnect with them about the same issue the next day. They don’t end the conversation until you’re confident your issue has been fully addressed. Recently, I helped a family member port their number to US Mobile. When the port request failed, I contacted support through online chat. The agent stayed with me throughout the entire process, and I never felt rushed. We spent considerable time exploring every possible solution to complete the transfer. Ultimately, the issue turned out to be with the previous carrier, which refused to release the number. Even though the problem wasn’t on US Mobile’s end, the representative clearly explained what information I needed to obtain from the other provider to resolve it. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable cell phone plan backed by exceptional customer service, I highly recommend US Mobile. In my opinion, it’s the GOAT of the wireless industry!

I’ve been with US Mobile for about three years now, and overall I’ve been very happy with the service. The biggest standout is the ability to switch between all three major networks and use whichever one works best where I’m traveling. The multi-network option is genuinely useful and something I wish more carriers offered. Customer service has been solid. I’ve only had one real issue—a transfer that got stuck—which took a few days to resolve, but it was resolved, and support stayed responsive throughout the process. I do have mixed feelings about a couple of recent changes. The switch from true annual plans (365 days) to a 30-day cycle labeled as “annual” feels unnecessary and a bit less customer-friendly. I’d also love to see phone manufacturers catch up and allow more than two active eSIMs at once, because US Mobile’s flexibility really deserves better hardware support. One small, admittedly cosmetic note: I really loved the blue app icon. The return to the white one was a downgrade for me, and I’d be thrilled if the blue icon made a comeback. All that said, US Mobile continues to be one of the most flexible and traveler-friendly carriers out there, and I still recommend them—especially if coverage consistency across different regions matters to you.

Alfred and Jessica chose honesty over assumptions. They used this service for phone transparency. WhatsApp account access was explained. Facebook security checks were done calmly. Their iPhone settings were reviewed. Both partners agreed to every step. No secret surveillance occurred. Alfred felt relieved. Jessica felt more confident. A mature solution for couples.

I had to cancel an old line in order to add a new one. The chat assistant, Shahmeer, was extremely helpful, checked to see if I only needed a new plan, and took care of the line deactivation immediately. Once again, great customer service from US Mobile. The prices and services are great, as well. Month to month or for a discounted annual rate with a ton of options to customize your plan to what you do or don't need. Thanks!

So I was with us mobile for 2 years in the beginning the service was great but after a year of having them the wait line to talk to customer service started taking like 30 mins to a hour and when they offered a better deal for a cheaper price for new costumers and I asked if I can get it they told me no so I told them I’m switching they didn’t care they have no respect for there customers and you’ll sit on hold with them for hours i wouldn’t recommend there service

Purchased a yearly “$67” cell phone plan advertised for one year. After purchase, learned it only applies to transferred lines, not new lines. This restriction was not disclosed on the plan. Seller did not resolve issue after multiple contacts. Have to connect to CC and stop payment

The best customer service I have ever had. I previously dealt with a big name company and never did I feel like a valued customer. Now I know I am important, thank you US Mobile! Today the rep who assisted me with some account and service changes was like a breath of fresh air. Solved my issues and left me delighted. Would recommend US Mobile every time!

I have been billed for wireless service but the service has not been usable. I requested a written acknowledgment that the service interruption and account handling issue originated on US Mobile's side. However, US Mobile stopped responding to all communication attempts including chat, email, and escalated contacts. I am requesting FCC assistance in obtaining a written apology acknowledgment and correction.

I recently transferred my parents’ phone numbers to US Mobile and purchased two annual plans for them on October 13 through a US Mobile Support Representative using my credit card. The very next day, both of their phones were blocked and their account was flagged — with no explanation. My parents are in their eighties and depend on their phones for essential medical and social support. This sudden service disruption has caused them major distress. I’ve spent hours on the phone with US Mobile support and emailed the compliance department multiple times, but no one has responded. The silence from US Mobile is unacceptable. This isn’t just poor service — it’s negligence that directly affects vulnerable seniors. I moved multiple lines to US Mobile believing it was a reliable carrier, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. If this is how US Mobile treats its customers, especially seniors, I strongly urge others to think twice before switching.

Beware! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I started the porting process from Cricket to US Mobile on September 13th. Since then, I’ve been reaching out almost every day because my number still hasn’t been activated. Every time I contact support, I’m told to “wait 24–48 hours” with no real progress or solution. This ongoing delay has seriously affected my business, and the lack of accountability is frustrating. Instead of helping resolve the issue, support keeps repeating the same excuse. I would not recommend US Mobile based on this experience. Reliable service and communication are critical, and unfortunately, this has been neither.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent an hour on hold for each of our lines. They offered to call be at a specific time but couldn't even do that correctly. I’m certain no one in management cares, but if I knew how understaffed the Customer Service department is at US Mobile, I would never have switched. Even though very inexpensive, I will NOT be recommending US Mobile. I would switch immediately but need to recover from this fiasco first. I am absolutely certain that I will move service elsewhere before I attempt to contact Customer Service again. Life’s too short!

Very Disappointed – Constant Service Issues, No Resolution, and No Refund I started using US Mobile in November 2024, and since then, I’ve never had more than 1–2 bars of service. Many times it even drops to SOS – no service. I was originally on the Light Speed network and switched to the Warp network after repeated issues, but the problems stayed the same. Whenever I contacted support, they only told me to switch networks again instead of fixing the problem. No real solutions were ever provided. Customer service is very difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and while email responses eventually come through, the process is frustrating—too many back-and-forth messages and still no resolution. On top of all this, I requested to cancel my service and asked for a refund for the remaining time since I had paid upfront for a full year. They refused, leaving me stuck with service I can’t reliably use. Overall, the service has been unreliable, support unhelpful, and their refund policy unfair. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend US Mobile.
