US Mobile has consistently provided excellent service and competitive pricing. Their network coverage is impressive, and their customer support team is always helpful and efficient. I highly recommend US Mobile to anyone seeking a reliable and affordable mobile provider.

Very Disappointed – Constant Service Issues, No Resolution, and No Refund I started using US Mobile in November 2024, and since then, I’ve never had more than 1–2 bars of service. Many times it even drops to SOS – no service. I was originally on the Light Speed network and switched to the Warp network after repeated issues, but the problems stayed the same. Whenever I contacted support, they only told me to switch networks again instead of fixing the problem. No real solutions were ever provided. Customer service is very difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and while email responses eventually come through, the process is frustrating—too many back-and-forth messages and still no resolution. On top of all this, I requested to cancel my service and asked for a refund for the remaining time since I had paid upfront for a full year. They refused, leaving me stuck with service I can’t reliably use. Overall, the service has been unreliable, support unhelpful, and their refund policy unfair. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend US Mobile.

Working with this team turned things around for me. I’d been stuck for weeks, getting nowhere with generic responses. They were thorough, proactive, and kept me in the loop. Problem solved, stress gone. Highly recommend their services!

Not reliable. I switched over from Verizon since their prices are now insane. The first 2 months on us mobile went perfectly - well almost. However, starting the 3rd month I began having connectivity issues with my hotspot. Yes, I had data, and no there is nothing wrong with my laptop. I called us mobile support and they acknowledged they were having some issue. He then wanted me (and yes their tech support is always someone with a hard to understand accent) to add some APN's to my phone. Yes, well, I can't. No my phone isn't locked. However the APN settings are all greyed out. Turns out that (some) phones sold by verizon have this feature locked EVEN once the phone itself is unlocked. I tried to follow a workaround mentioned online to remove and reinsert the sim card and then go immediately to add API - you only have about 5 seconds to do this. Well this too is impossible since on my j3 eclipse the sim card cannot be accessed without removing the battery - and this one wont work with the battery removed even if you have it plugged in. Therefore, that was impossible. I tried multiple apps from the galaxy store and the play store claiming to let you force API's. Guess what - even they can't override my locked settings. The long and the short of it is that verizon, at least in some cases, makes it (obviously intentionally) impossible to use your verizon phone with another carrier - at least in a way that is consistently hassle free. It is suggested that NOT USING warp (which uses the verizon network) may get you around this. I don't know as I threw away the other sims us mobile includes. Does my service with us mobile work the majority of the time? Yes. Does it work all the time? No. Does that frustrate you when you sit down to go online? You betcha. This should not come as a surprise to me or anyone else. Does us mobile seem too good to be true? Ofcourse; and that's because it is. In other words IF you are using a phone that has not had certain settings made unmodifiable by the original carrier even after unlocking the phone, and IF everything else goes well, THEN you'll be one of the lucky for which us mobile is just as good - and waaaaay cheaper. But, if you're like my case, you'll have to endure less than consistent reliability. Of course at $23 vs $130 a month, I'll definitely live with it. (Keep in mind that us mobile has nothing to do with the mobile networks it leases from - so when one of them is having issues, say verizon and you're using warp, then you're going to have issues).

Their coustomer service is very poorly trained on their system. Total waste Of my time and money. Better training is a absolute must if they gonna survive as a company. Wont recomend.

I tried out the carrier with a new number and kept my old number with T-mobile. After 10 days I was ready to make the switch, but they said I couldn't replace my current annual plan with my old existing number without doing a partial refund and starting from scratch. I had only used 10 days on the annual plan and a representative had told me it would be no issue to do it this way. I spent an hour on the phone with no flexibility from their end.

I was referred to US mobile by some friends who lived close by in a rural area I had recently moved to, who told me this that US mobile was the only carrier that would get a connection out there. So I switched since my previous carrier, Mint Mobile didn't have a signal. They weren't wrong- US mobile (If on Warp) did have a connection... Barely. Ended up moving again 3 months later and I am done! Switching back to my old carrier, Mint Mobile. For one, US mobile unlimited is $15 more a month then Mint Mobile's unlimited. Two, US mobile's app SUCKS! It's practically useless. Not only is it slow, but for almost every action you try to take via the app, you get these errors where you're told to reach out to them for help. Which btw! The only way to get help or talk to an associate is either by phone call (which isn't always an option) or by email! Emailing takes forever, usually 30 minutes to a couple hours for responses. There IS a chat option in the app and website to speak with an associate but that's also useless! I read somewhere that their in-app chat feature was down, which, okay fine. But for 3+ months? The entire time I had US mobile as a carrier? Then we have the heavily advertised "switching lines" whenever. Between Warp, Dark Star etc. Let me make it clear. After so long of staying on one network (in my case warp) they will not let you transfer lines because the SIM expired. Why even advertise the luxury of being able to switch between networks whenever, when the SIMs expire in a month? Or maybe less, I don't know but I was on Warp for a little over a month and tried to transfer back to Dark Star and I was told my SIM was expired. That I needed to order another which is like $12 or something PLUS WAIT TIME! Save yourself the hassle and go with a better functioning, cheaper option such as Mint Mobile. I would only ever recommend US mobile for rural areas where some other carriers may not have a signal. But make sure you're fine with staying on the same network unless you pay for a new SIM each time. Besides that, the only other thing I would say is the customer service wasn't terrible - just slow, since it was all via email. US mobile, PLEASE fix your app!

My current NVMO's 12-month plan was about to expire. I got a free 5G gift line (30 days) from US Mobile, so I decided to give it a try. The customer representatives were helpful. I like all of them. Setting up eSIM using QR code is straightforward. Switching network was also easy and straightforward. Unfortunately the Data speed was inconsistent. I often experienced slow page/image/video loading. At first I thought it was an issue with Dark Star (AT&T), so I transferred network to Light Speed (T-Mobile), but it still had the same issue. I could not convince myself to switch to US Mobile. I am sorry. I renewed my current NVMO (also T-Mobile) for another 12-month.

This is beyond unacceptable. US Mobile’s support team is a masterclass in incompetence, incapable of grasping even the most basic distinctions between words like NEW and DIFFERENT—a level of ineptitude that would be laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. Nowhere on their site do they state the critical requirement: that you need an Apple ID that has never been associated with an Apple Watch before. Yet their so-called “support” insists that this information is clearly outlined here (https://www.usmobile.com/apple-watch-cellular-plan). Spoiler: it isn’t. The page merely states you need a different Apple ID and number than your phone—not a brand new one. This isn’t just bad service; it’s outright misinformation. I wasted time, patience, and trust in a company that clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or its customers. Avoid them at all costs.
