I love having US Mobile as my carrier. The service is very good and the prices are excellent. Today I called in to move from one phone plan to a different phone plan with US Mobile. The agent was pleasant and very helpful. It seemed all was set up as I wished. However, once we disconnected from the call I tried to use my phone to make a call and it would not work. I had to do a chat with a different agent to get the phone working again. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The on boarding experience was lovely. Now we shall see how their service is. I am trying the 30 day free trial to see if it works.

First of all let me just say, I have the cell phone service and also now the home phone service. Both times it was a problem porting my number. The first problem was I had boost infinite which was not listed on the website to switch, I found somebody finally on the chat who knew how to correct the situation and they got me squared away. In regards to the home phone I spent an hour and a half on chat which was wasted because we made no progress and I was told I had to buy a new SIM card blah blah blah, 90 minutes I'll never see you again. Called in to the phone queue, spoke with an excellent representative. He was articulate he understood what I was trying to say he was patient and he was able to complete the transaction of getting me ported over once he understood what was going on within a few minutes. His service was excellent and probably is why I didn't wind up canceling the home phone. I spoke with him for a few more minutes, and I feel that his young age he will go places in life with the attitude he has. In regards to the home phone service I have two to three bars of service but every call has gone through with the quality of my prior service carrier which was phone power. One of the problems was phone power was not listed on the porting list. He was able to overcome that and get me switched over within 15 minutes. If you're planning to get mobile service and or the home phone system, I would recommend us mobile. While I had been happy with phone power, I like the fact that I can call different countries if needed. In regards to the cell service I have coverage in my home office which I wasn't able to get with boost infinite, I like the dashboard on the mobile app and I appreciate the customer service I received. I very rarely will complement the company it seems we always on reviews post bad things, but in this case I want to share my positive experience.

Chat support was taking so long and not getting anywhere for consolidating US Mobile accounts. I called in and got Sharoz on the line and she was super helpful and was able to get everything accomplished as needed. I'd only give one or two stars for the Chat, but 5 stars for Sharoz and her helpfulness on the phone.

Although not able to resolve my particular issue easily, the customer service was excellent! I was able to contact customer service via phone. There was no waiting in the queue. The particular agent, named Usman, was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to patiently stay on the line as he walked me through a complex process.

I had a difficult time transacting a transfer of my number from one carrier to US Mobile. I am "technologically challenged" due to age, but it was very difficult to accomplish this. The "live chat" took 20 minutes to instruct me to redo the application . I went through this process three times and still had no verification that I was connected. Very frustrating!

Hi, I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz on 03/14/2023. While it did take us a while to solve the problem, he was helpful and instructive. Unfortunately, it was a problem on US Mobile's end as my plan had not yet been enabled. Ahsan contacted US mobile's internal support who activated the line for us. After the support call, my mobile data was activated successfully, solving the problem I had.

I really appreciate the way technical support team helped me get solved with my signal issue. I faced this earlier with another network carrier. But, here at US Mobile I saw the customer support team being very respectful. The way Mr. Syed Mughees, Associate Technical Support Manager has patiently waited and spent time till the issue got resolved is so impressive. Thank you for helping me out!

Bilal Abbasi was very helpful in helping me get my account set up. I had been on the phone with us mobile reps from 11am to 5 pm. Bilal helped me get my phone and my wife's phone migrated over. Wish the process was easier in switching from Verizon to us mobile. You have wonderful reps who are able to take time and are patient with customers. So thank you. Your reps service are now a huge reason I will continue to be a us mobile customer.

In general, US Mobile is a decent brand. The problems with a quality of the provided customer service. It took 5 connections - via chat and phone calls, to figure out the root cause of the reported problem with the service. To add a broken promise from the supervisor to arrange the call with a manager. Likely, the last call was addressed by Usman Ahmed. He was not only willing to spend time to understand the issue carefully, but, was able to solve it. For that I'm very grateful. (Keep my fingers crossed, the service will be still operational going forward.)
