Bilal Abbasi was very helpful in helping me get my account set up. I had been on the phone with us mobile reps from 11am to 5 pm. Bilal helped me get my phone and my wife's phone migrated over. Wish the process was easier in switching from Verizon to us mobile. You have wonderful reps who are able to take time and are patient with customers. So thank you.
