No extra fee, but you are not eligible for the 50 day free trial which is only for those that port in. However you can get first month of US Mobile Unlimited Starter for 1/2 off so $12.50/mo.

Yes, as long as it is carrier unlocked and supports US bands on either the Warp (Verizon) or GSM (T-Mobile) network. Warp: LTE 2, 4, 5, 13*, 66, 5G n40, n26-, n261, n2, n5, n66, n77, n78 GSM: LTE 2, 4*, 5, 12*, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71*, 5G n41, n260, n261, n71 * = required/highly recommended
