In general, US Mobile is a decent brand. The problems with a quality of the provided customer service. It took 5 connections - via chat and phone calls, to figure out the root cause of the reported problem with the service. To add a broken promise from the supervisor to arrange the call with a manager.
Likely, the last call was addressed by Usman Ahmed. He was not only willing to spend time to understand the issue carefully, but, was able to solve it. For that I'm very grateful. (Keep my fingers crossed, the service will be still operational going forward.)
