After a horrific time in which changing my CC info resulted in all of my lines expiring (hence 4 stars instead of 5), I wanted to thank Zain Sarwar who helped me fix not only my own mistakes, but also a prior CSR's, and get all of my line back on the plans I wanted and on autopay, in a handful of minutes. They were patient and empathetic, and resolved things quickly. Thanks Zain!

After multiple failed attempts to fix my problem with sending/receiving photos and group messages through customer service via the US Mobile app, I was finally connected to an agent on the phone. The agent's name was Syed Ihsaan and he helped me fix my problem right away from his end. I've been having issues for over a month now and it's finally fixed!

After spending hours on chat and with agents trying to switch my service from Verizon to US Mobile, Awais was finally able to activate line. I only wish it had been easier.

The customer service at US Mobile is amazing. I had Josh on the phone for almost an hour today and he couldn't have been more helpful. The problem is on my phone but he was patiently sorting it out for me. I am so happy that I have found this company to look after my cell phone service.

After Numerous attempts to get help. I finally got a customer service rep who actually had some sense and helped me. Thank you Mr. Umar Dogar. U.S Mobile really needs more reps like this guy.

Started having problems this morning with my Samsung S20+ and iPhone 6s making and receiving calls. I called US Mobile and talked with Muhammad Faisal. He was very patient and after a few hours of trying many solutions on both phones we got the problem resolved. He stuck with it until we found a solution. Thank you.

Had difficulty connecting my A51 phone. Spent several hours with tech support trying to figure out the problem. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and understanding. They were kind enough to send me new sim cards at no charge. Having received the new cards, I called tech support again and spoke with Kamil. He was very knowledgeable and was familiar with my situation. Within a half hour, my phone was up and running without any issues. Made my day! I would recommend US Mobile to others. Thank you.

Customer service was great, but the activation process was glitchy. The agent confirmed my device was compatible but the website rejected it so agent provided alternate IMEI number to use, then to clear the error I guessed that a browser page refresh would help and that worked. Then the carrier pin or account number I entered was later the cause of a "hold" on the activation, although there was no indication that was a problem on screen or even after submitting the activation request which included porting my ph number from Verizon.

Trying US Mobile for the first time, switching from Total Wireless. I'll update this review as time goes on, but so far so good! The bright spot so far has actually been their customer service, especially "Amna", absolutely incredibly helpful and very patient! She's been great!

I just signed up for USMobile, and I have to say they're super fast on getting my number ported from T-Mobile. The customer service chat was FANTASTIC. Fiza Shah, was extremely friendly and personable. I sincerely hope they keep up with this level of service. My only "cons" are, you cannot customize your Caller ID Name (CNAM) and you cannot change your plan in the middle of your current plan. Otherwise, so far so good.
