I just signed up for USMobile, and I have to say they're super fast on getting my number ported from T-Mobile. The customer service chat was FANTASTIC. Fiza Shah, was extremely friendly and personable. I sincerely hope they keep up with this level of service.
My only "cons" are, you cannot customize your Caller ID Name (CNAM) and you cannot change your plan in the middle of your current plan.
Otherwise, so far so good.
