Hi, I spoke to Ahsan Ejaz on 03/14/2023. While it did take us a while to solve the problem, he was helpful and instructive. Unfortunately, it was a problem on US Mobile's end as my plan had not yet been enabled. Ahsan contacted US mobile's internal support who activated the line for us. After the support call, my mobile data was activated successfully, solving the problem I had.
