Need to recognize Basim for outstanding customer service. He was very very patient-pleasant-polite-helpfull. He set up my service-we tested it & made sure all was well.He genuinely-honestly- truthfully cared about helping me. Can t remember the last time I received such personal great service like i experienced with Basim. Hope -want to speak to him again it I need help.

I've been using US Mobile for a while now, and honestly, it's a mixed bag. The prices are pretty good, and I like that they offer flexible plans. But man, they change things up so often it's hard to keep track. Just in the last few months, they've switched their plans around three times. It's like they can't make up their mind. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes I get great help, other times it's a frustrating mess. What really bugs me is the security - or lack of it. When I call 611 or reach out on Reddit, they don't even check if I'm really me. That's scary when you think about it. The tech side isn't perfect either. I've had issues with data usage being counted wrong, which led to my internet getting slowed down for no reason. And don't get me started on their website - it's full of outdated info and confusing plan descriptions. They do have some cool features, like Teleport for switching networks. But now they've made it so you have to pay extra for that unless you're on their top-tier plan. Coverage is okay, depending on where you are and which network you're on. But with all the constant changes and glitches, it sometimes feels like I'm beta testing a service rather than using a finished product. Bottom line: US Mobile can save you some cash, but be prepared for some headaches along the way. It might work for you if you don't mind dealing with a few hiccups, but if you want rock-solid reliability, you might want to look elsewhere.

Awful to see how US Mobile customer service has degrades day by day. Some time ago you could call and speak to a knowledgeable and friendly "PERSON" nowadays you get the same typical customer service experience that you get everywhere else. It's a far cry from when I started service with this provider about a year ago. I remember when I first called I was struck (positively) by the unconventional customer service I received. I immediately signed up for the service. Now that I called day before yesterday, I encountered the typical and dreadful customer service. As I came to write this review, I noticed that 5 star reviews are written by bots, which confirms my suspicion that some major change has occurred in the company over the past couple of months, that has sent the service downhill. I remember last time I looked all the reviews looked real. It's shameful and misleading to the customer that you are using fake reviews to jack up your rating. It angers me more than I already was.

Overall very favorably impressed by US Mobile. I initially signed up for the Unlimited Starter plan. The data speeds were outstanding (Verizon 5G infrastructure) as was the reliability. So much so that I no longer need my Xfinity ISP. I decided to upgrade to Unlimited Premium after a few months. The CSR who helped me (Saad Ahmed - he gave me permission to use his name), went above and beyond to help me upgrade my plan and provide full credit for what I had already purchased. No more data cap anxiety. Another positive is fairly short wait times to talk to a live agent (< 3 minutes) and the first-level CSRs were quite knowledgeable in both instances I called and were able to quickly and competently handle my inquiries. I've dealt with numerous mobile carriers (big and small) over the years and US Mobile was first rate. Two thumbs up!

Merchant was great! Second review not sure first went through, but we had 3 lines transferred from major company and so far so good. Merchant had to do little troubleshooting with one of lines but he handled it Coolly and calmly. He made it easy - thanks a bunch:)also received free started SIM card as stated and 1 month free. Totally satisfied with initial process.

Have to give big thanks to the customer rep named, Merchant! We switched 3 lines, kept same number and was pretty easy with his help. We had small issue with one phone, but he navigated me calmly through few steps, and all was well. He was kind, communicated clearly, and walked me right through the troubleshooting smoothly. When I needed to be called back quickly, he was right there calling on time. Signed up for the one month free, got free SIM cards also, and thereafter enrolled in the light 1G data, plan for $6 a Month when pay in full $72. First time transfer to a prepaid phone from the big carriers, and so far so good!

Great prices, even better customer service. Their online chat support always responds within 15 seconds, day or night. Support always has the correct answers and is able to take care of any issues. Never have I had such a responsive and well managed provider. A+++++

Every time I’ve called the customer service number to get help I have had an excellent experience. I do not dread calling or making changes if needed, because customer service agents who help are always knowledgeable and willing to work and resolve the issue while you’re on the phone. I just called to consolidate my billing dates for each line to auto renew on the same date with the same credit card. Mr. Syed Ihsaan Kazmi Was my customer service representative and he pretty much set the example for how Customer Service should operate. He was professional, courteous, he listened to my explanation without interrupting, he explained what he was going to do, asked if I would mind being placed on hold, checked back in with me regularly perhaps every two or three minutes with continuing updates, and then double checked everything to make sure that it was working properly and stayed on the phone while I checked on my end. Really, this is what Customer Service should strive for. If US Mobile reads this, please recognize Syed. Maybe even use his interactions as examples for training to other Customer Service representatives. This type of Customer Service is what continues to impress me about US Mobile and why I recommend it to everyone with a cell phone whenever the opportunity arises.

for the past 3 weeks hold time has been over 1 hour no response chatted with customer service they said 2 weeks to fix now after 1 month they tell us to insert sim card in another device what other device other than one we purchased from them calling canada has been a nitemare stating restricted phone lines never had a problem with phone power switched because wanted to try for elderly parents that do not have internet for landline customer service is horrible

I spoke Shan Ali for over a hour and a half. This young man was very patient and knowledgeable. If he was frustrated at any time I never noticed. He has to repeat himself number times due to a health issue I have with my ears. I never told him this. We would get disconnected and he never failed to call me back until my issue was resolved. I'd like to say thank you to him again. It's hard to find good customer service anywhere now days.

Our representive Nobel was made the experience 5 stars. His patience is 2nd to none, he walked us through verification, and assisted us in selecting the best service plan for our individual needs. Nobel is a huge asset to your company because people make the difference, there will never be a real substitute for personal service by another human being!

I called in to port all my five line out because of the horrible experience with a chat person just to fix my darn DATA but as soon as i was connected to wonderful Bakhtawar, she had my service up and running in no time. never have I ever heard such a soothing voice before... Bless you my dear,, you are wonderful and you have made me like us mobile. you have been brought up well by your parents and i'm sure you have been trained well by your amazing manager. Love you xx

I had a fantastic experience with Ali Arslan and want to make sure my feedback reaches him so that he is recognized for his excellent customer service. I subscribed to US Mobile starter plan but my data service was not working. There were some technical issues with my phone and we had to add APNs manually. Ali not only sent me the required APNs but waited patiently on the call while I was inputting the APN details. This exercise didn’t fix the issue wholly and he had to change some other parameters at the backend. Once everything was in place, the data service worked flawlessly. I appreciate the knowledge and professionalism Ali displayed while we were on the call. This interaction is definitely going to make a US Mobile customer for many years to come. Thank you, Ali once again for your help and time.
