“I love having US Mobile as my carrier. The service is very good and the prices are excellent. Today I called in to move from one phone plan to a different phone plan with US Mobile. The agent was pleasant and very helpful. It seemed all was set up as I wished. However, once we disconnected from the call I tried to use my phone to make a call and it would not work. I had to do a chat with a different agent to get the phone working again. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”

“The phone call I had with Hassan, I believe that was his name, was delightful. He was super helpful and super clear on his pronunciation of the letters and words to make sure that everything was typed up clearly. He was very thorough. And he knew exactly how to solve my problem which if someone before him would have known that the issue was what it was it wouldn't have saved me a lot of time.. But I would suggest teaching that workaround to your customer service team whenever they do encounters someone with an s21 or other affected Samsung devices. Hey thank you so much for coming through and resolving my issues. It may have taken a while but I'm glad it was solved.”

“I needed technical support to assist me port a number for a new service. In a few minutes Nobel was on the line and able to assist me resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable and clear on his instructions. I felt confident and comfortable doing what he asked and we soon had the phone up and working on US Mobile. I have been in business over 40 years and this was one of the best technical support interactions that I have had. Great job Nobel and US Mobile!!”

“There a Gem of a Customer Service Representative at US Mobile, this superhuman goes by the name 'ANUM'. She is professional, delegint, informative, positive, has clear and active communication. Since when did customer service representative get so good. I honestly feel it can't get any better than what it is at the moment. Kudos to US Mobile for recruiting such an amazing representative. I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 2 years now and I understand how important it is to display the best customer service possible in order to succeed in the industry. After my call with her, my mood just got so much better, had a smile on my face the entire day. Honestly all she did was her job and that unknowingly just reflected so much on my mood. Her dedication towards her work and customer satisfaction is over the top. I never wrote a review in my entire life, so just imagine how satisfactory her service was,for me to take the time in my day to write this. Finally you should be proud of your Anum for being so good at your job and that's not something you often see. US Mobile just give this woman a damn raise she is deserves it more than you could imagine.”

“US Mobile is the best budget-friendly carrier with amazing prices and best customer service They keep adding features and plans when they will have the roaming feature available online (now you can call in and get roaming even on the Warp 5g) no one could get a better option than them!!!!”

“Technical support provided by Nobel was outstanding. He had to call me back becuase I didn't have everything I needed. He called back exactly as planned. Had other glitches on my older phone and he sorted through that as well. Even the initial wait time was not too long. So we are off to a great start.”

“Us mobile has been a pleasure to work with. With every phone plan there are always problems here and there. Us mobile is the best to deal with, very professional and a pleasure.
