The service to get my phone activated seemed to have a glitch so they escalated my situation up to another level quickly. Everyone I spoke with and did online chat with was professional and very polite. When I spoke with the support team member Haroon and he had me restart everything I realized I made an error as I put the sim card in. Haroon was so polite and understanding of my error. The phone worked correctly and quickly after that.
