I just got off the phone with Nobel at US Mobile. He was amazingly helpful.
I needed to upgrade my plan and get the new features started today. He walked me through the screens to make the plan changes, then got the new plan activated immediately - and pushed a credit through for the balance from the old plan. Then he walked thru my phone settings with me to ensure the new features I added would work.
I love the service levels offered by US Mobile. The Customer Service and Support, both online and on the phone, are great.
