I have 2 lines with US Mobile and needed some help with an issue with one of them. I called Customer Service and had a truly great troubleshooting phone call experience with Salar.
He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Not rushed; he doggedly assisted me in looking at all of my phone's settings.
I recommend this company and both networks they sell. I have had good service at a good price and they are easy to contact by chat or by phone.
