The customer service is stellar! Like Apple level of customer service. They’re quick, efficient, and super friendly! I’ve never had to contact them twice for the same issue.
Also, the phone service is stellar (in my area, at least). It’s truly not throttled or deprioritized.
I’m REALLY looking forward to eSIM support!
