I had an issue with my phone not sending pictures. Umer worked with me for quite a long time. I was very pleased with his service. He remained positive and cordial throughout the chat. I appreciated the smiley faces he used so it felt like he wasn't frustrated with me. I was very pleased with his service. He stuck with me until we figured it out.
