I ported my number from t mobile to us mobile using esim porting guided by us mobile rep. T mobile said they have released it. US mobile esim activation produced error and now they say they they are trying to fix it. This is the third day and stillo they dont have an update and estimate on when they will fix it. Totally frustrating experience.
Already lost 3 days of work and 5 hours of frustrating phone calls with us mobile. Still waiting for my number
