I recently activated 4 lines with US Mobile. Three of them were easy, but one line was not. I chatted with support for a long time yesterday and that person was very patient trying several things with me. Unfortunately, they had to send me to a higher tech tier, but said I should expect an email from them soon. Later last night I received the message asking when a convenient time would be for them to call and speak with me directly to try to resolve my issue. We scheduled for today, and I just got off the phone with Saif. He was very helpful, and he had the phone working within 10 minutes. I truly appreciate the effort customer support has made to try to win my business. I'm on a 14 day free trial, and I expect things will continue to be good. I was a Verizon customer for many years, and by transferring my 4 lines to US Mobile, I will be saving about $80 a month! Thank you US Mobile!
