I just activated my line last night and had a few questions. I called and spoke with Anum and she was extremely helpful and knew just what to do. I forgot to apply a referral code when I activated, and she applied a manual discount and wrote a note in the account so that the person who referred me could also call to get a discount. I decided after I signed up that I want to switch to an unlimited plan and then add 2 more lines. She assured me that this could be done and provided instructions. So far this has been a very positive experience. We have been with Verizon for 30 years and we are going to save about $90 a month!
