I am a new customer leaving T-Mobile due to poor customer support and a company wide vaccine mandate. Because of this I searched and for US Mobile as a cheaper cost, and I ordered my sim card and finally decided to cut ties with T-Mobile after 5+ years.
So far the customer service has been GREAT. There is no hold time's and a real human answers.
I do have an issue getting my S8 Active phone's data working because of it being freshly unlocked and a 4 year old phone but when I called for support I was able to talk to the same person twice in a row and he was very good with helping me go through my settings and following up with me.
Shout out to Ali. Great Job!
I hope refer all of my friends and family to US Mobile now and not T-Mobile like I used to do. Better service, Lower prices.
