Was so worried that I would have to get rid of my phone and get a new one, luckily Amir solved that problem. He really took the time to walk me through and troubleshoot the problem I was facing with my phone not being connected via data which was really important for me to use my map to get to where I’m going. Amir was very patient and thorough, boy I really don’t enjoy staying on the line or calling back customer support but USMobile have been great with connectivity.
