I just recently signed up for US Mobile. I have been with the same mobile service for a while so it took me a little while to figure out the new process of signing up. I called the Customer Support number with lots of questions. SEHRISH was my agent and did a PHENOMENAL job walking me through the process and helping me figure everything out. I would try to request her (if that's allowed). So far my service with US Mobile has been excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.
