I switched from Verizon to US Mobile because my bill was outrageous and customer service was meh. I couldn't be happier with my switch to US mobile. Service is not quite as good as Verizon, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE make up for it!!!!! Every time I call or do a message, they are QUICK to get with me and they actually act like they care (rare these days). My rep, Imran, answered my question in a breeze and was so nice! Keep up the good customer service and you'll have a customer for life!
