I have been trying to get phone unlocked from straight talk now for 5 days,with u all by very kind everytine u would have to tell me it wasn't unlocked,thank u ,then finally after spending over 35 min talking to Sheetal, which all the trouble shooting,& bn patient while I was over talking,she DID it...yay thank u Sheetal u were very professional..God bless
