Was having problem and wasn't able to make my device work with US Mobile.. everyone in US Mobile support including myself after doing a lot of troubleshooting almost gave up ..but out of nowhere spoke with a guy name Omar...He told me straight off the bat "this device should work" and after 30 minutes it did...Omar deserves a medal Hats off 👏
