I received help from Usama Saleem. He was very kind and helpful. I had some technical difficulties to communicate with him, but he kept getting back to my number and even reached out to me by email, doing his best to assist with the problem I had with my phone.
Though eventually it turned out my phone model is not compatible with the service I wanted, the overall service experience was very good, thanks to Usama.
