The rep, Serhrish at US Mobile was so extremely professional and knowledgeable! Switching over to US Mobile from Verizon, I had issue's with my phone textung snd data. Sehrish was so extremely patient and took her time to walk me through every aspect of fixing our mobile data issue's and kept calm and kept reassuring me we would get this taken care of and she did!
