Making the switch to US Mobile has been a positive experience. I have had many issues with customer service with previous providers. I decided to activate an old phone on US Mobile to try out the service and was very pleased with the outcome. I have had several calls to customer service and always get a knowledgeable and friendly representative from US Mobile. I worked with Fatima to set up my phone on their network and she was awesome.
