Had a small issue with set up, called customer service and spoke with Shehryar who was by far the most knowledgeable and direct customer service agent I have ever dealt with when calling a mobile carrier. He made it a point to tell me in advance if what I needed to type was upper or lower case and gave specific directions on hitting ok when finished. I literally was off the phone with no further problems in less than 10 minutes! AMAZING!! US Mobile GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!
