I had my worries about changing carriers and have had several phone calls to USmobile in my first week to get my phone set up. All calls were answered quickly with all the workers pleasant, helpful and patient for those of us who are "technology challenged."
Today my phone stopped working completely, no phone access, no network, nothing and after 45 minutes with the greatest services i could ask for I am up and running again! Customer services is EVERYTHING and I cannot thank you enough. You have me for life! :)
