Nobel was awesome. He was so helpful and patient with this old 72 yr old setting up my first smart phone. Up till now I've only had 2 and 3 G phones. I really hated having to get a mart phone and a new kind of plan. But with his help he tried to make it as painless as possible. I'd tried looking at other providers and no one at their sites were as sweet as Nobel was. Thank You Nobel you're a 10 of the cell phone world. Sandi
