New customer and the transition and switch was simple and fast. However, for some reason mms did not work. I tried the FAQs, then a chat, then email correspondence... all not working (everyone was very helpful and pleasant at each step). Next was offer for call, to which my schedule was accommodated. I spoke with Shehryar Kahn who was not only friendly, polite and patient, but who took it as a challenge to solve my problem. While on the phone, he worked with me exclusively and we tried many options, even pulling in the tech support team and calling me back several times so I didn't have to wait on hold. Through tenacity, we got it working! All the product support specialists were great, but Shehryar went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely one of my better CS interactions! Thanks again! Hope the wireless service is as good as the customer service!
