I am a new customer and had a few issues with activating 2 lines and getting them set-up as shared and pooled. I spoke with three different customer service reps during the process who were all very nice and helpful, but the representative who stood out the most was Sheryar Khan. We were disconnected at one point during the line porting process which was no fault of his own.
Sheryar later called back to apologize and to make sure everything had gone through ok. There were still a few minor hiccups, but Sheryar was there the whole time to take care of the rest of it all. I have never talked to a representative from any MVNO that is as kind, patient, and a true professional as Sheryar.
Sheryar “sealed the deal” as far as making me realize that switching to U.S. Mobile was the best decision I could have made.
Please pass this along to Sheryar and please consider giving him a promotion and a raise. If that is the way he treats all of his customers, he certainly deserves it. Thank you again Sheryar for all of your help and being such a great asset to your company!!
