One of the phones on my account was stolen. After buying a replacement phone and ordering a Replacement SIM card from US Mobile, I called in to get the SIM card transferred and activated in the new phone. I worked with Nobel to get the replacement SIM card set up. He exceeded all my expectations and was very easy to work with! He explained what to expect at each step, was extremely patient and very through. Can't ask for anything more from a Customer Support agent. I have been very pleased with my US Mobile experience.
