I had the plesure of speaking to Sheryar Khan today, I was so frustrated we were not getting any heads way to make my phone work and everytime we failed he would say don't worry we would solve this and after a while he did. He made me believe in customer service again in all my life he has been the best rep I have spoken to. Very effective and efficient and his supervisor name is Mohsin
