Ammar Shaukat was outstanding, he was very patient with me (I'm a senior) , very professional and courteous. This was a long call to insert settings in my wife's phone so she could receive picture messages of our great grandson and he took the time to send her phone a picture message to confirm her phone was working properly. Hats Off to Shaukat.
