We just signed up & activated our service with US Mobile today & must say from our experience thus far, we are very grateful to our daughter for recommending US Mobile to us. We have had incredible customer service throughout the process of changing over. That being said, we'd like to especially thank Yasir, a representative whom helped us yesterday on 7/13/22 & informed us of the information we still needed to retrieve before we could proceed to activating our account. Yasir was very knowledgeable & kind. Most of all we would like to give 5 stars x 100 to Sheetal, also a representative, for her amazing guidance & patience while navigating with us through completion of the process of signing-up & activation today 7/14/22. Both of them were so considerate & instrumental in making the start of our experience with US Moblile customer service extremely satisfactory! We can't thank them enough!! Also, I must mention the ease of getting in touch with US Mobile customer service. Our previous cellular service provider was so difficult to reach - it was like the difference of night & day!
