I had a lot of trouble changing my Verizon cell phone to us mobile. A large part of the problem was Verizon dropping the ball at their end.
I called us mobile for help and I was lucky enough to get Syed Ihsaan on the line. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with me. He had to spend a long time with me but solved all my problems with switching my phone to us mobile. He made my day.
