Just got off the phone with Bilal who went above in beyond in not only helping me reestablish service but payment, auto pay and the correct plan which was a legacy plan no longer avaailable. Ive worked for Cingular, Voicestream and when it changed to Tmobile as well as Tmobile corporate and know first hand good customer service. Bilal provided that unquestionablely and then some. A great experience that added more value to the impression I have of the company. Thank you!
