Thinking about switching to US Mobile and had questions regarding the plan on Amazon and if my phone would be compatible. I called and got Harris who was so kind and helpful that I have decided to try US mobile. If I love the service and all the customer service reps are as great as he is, I will stay with the company for a long time.
