I didn't have to change my plan because US Mobile's new plan gives me even more data. The representative was very helpful and helping me navigate through the website to pay my bill. I will be opening an additional line for my parent. It's been over a year and US Mobile service has been excellent. No drop calls and the data speeds have been great.
