I had a small trouble activating my eSIM, but customer service Faaiz Imtiaz was amazing, so helpful, walked me through the process and had a lot of experience and knowledge on how to assist me. He stayed on the phone with me for an hour and resolved every issue I had. I am very satisfied with the customer service personal.
